Ocean Harbour Condominium Association is nestled in the "Village of Islands" in Islamorada—widely known as the “Sports Fishing Capital of the World.” This breathtaking destination offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, small-town charm, and a welcoming community. Islamorada remains a quaint and friendly place, filled with activities and experiences for visitors and residents of all ages.

Ocean Harbour is a private community of 68 individually owned condominiums. Our diverse ownership includes approximately 11 full-time residents, 20 seasonal winter residents, and others who enjoy Ocean Harbour as a relaxing getaway throughout the year. A limited number of owners offer seasonal rentals, creating a peaceful and uncrowded environment for all year round.

Set across 12 lush acres, Ocean Harbour features a protected natural hammock, 750 feet of pristine oceanfront, and a wide range of amenities.  50 of the 68 units have exclusive rights to their own boat slip while the association owns 8 slips which are available for use by the remaining 18 units and renters and guests.  Owners, guests, and renters can enjoy tennis and pickleball courts, a private beach area, and a heated pool and spa.  Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse, and 2 BBQ tiki areas—all complemented by stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

While Ocean Harbour offers the beauty and feel of a luxury resort, it remains a private residential community. We do not provide hotel-style services such as nightly or weekly rentals, housekeeping, or front desk check-in/check-out. All rentals require a minimum stay of 30 days and must be arranged directly through unit owners or their agents. The Ocean Harbour office does not manage rentals, and advance notice of all guests and tenants is required.
